SHIPPING POLICY
FREE INBOUND SHIPPING LABELS
At Reluxe Boutique, we provide complimentary insured domestic shipping within the continental U.S. when you sell your bags to us. For direct purchases and consignment items shipped from outside the continental U.S. (e.g., Alaska or Hawaii), a minimum quoted value of $1000 is required to be eligible for a free shipping label. You have the option to choose between free UPS or FedEx inbound labels when shipping your items to us, which can be printed along with your Ship List after your quote submissions are accepted.
Please note that shipping labels cannot be provided for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and certain U.S. Territories like Puerto Rico and Guam.
PROCESSING TIME
Typically, purchases are shipped within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Reluxe Boutique operates from Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM (PT). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours will be prepared for shipment within the following 3-5 business days. Special shipping requests may be considered, but customers are responsible for understanding our shipping procedures.
Orders with expedited shipping placed before 11:00 AM (PT) will ship the same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM (PT) will ship the next business day.
While we review and verify every order, discrepancies in billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you, so please provide phone numbers for both billing and shipping.
Please be aware that occasional shipping delays may occur.
SATURDAYS & WEEKENDS
Saturday delivery is not included in standard UPS pricing. To request Saturday delivery, please contact us, and an additional UPS Saturday-delivery fee will be added to your shipping costs if available.
For weekend delivery with expedited shipping, a 2-Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. An Overnight order shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (next business day).
While we strive to schedule deliveries for specified arrivals, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to potential weather or mechanical issues. Reluxe Boutique is unable to refund shipping fees for delays beyond our control.
ORDER CHANGES
Once a tracking number is created, we cannot make changes to the shipping. If you need to upgrade your shipping before your order is shipped, please contact Client Services at (844) 619-8902.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All orders default to shipping with a required signature due to the value of our items. If you won’t be home to sign and your order is under $500, you can waive the signature requirement during checkout, accepting full financial responsibility once the item leaves Reluxe Boutique.
For convenience, we offer flexible shipping options. While we can’t ship directly to UPS Stores, you can request package pickup at a UPS Customer Center after your order is shipped to your residential address. Contact Client Services after the first tracking scan for assistance in redirecting your order.
SHIPPING TO NON-BILLING ADDRESS
To prevent fraud, we recommend shipping items to the billing address. Exceptions may be requested, but contact information for both buyer and recipient must be provided, potentially causing a processing delay.
SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS
We ship to businesses after verification. Please provide the company name and contact phone number.
COMBINING ORDERS
Upon request and approval, two or more Ground & Express orders may be combined into a single shipment. International orders cannot be combined due to individual commercial invoice requirements.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
Multiple-item orders may be shipped separately if items are located at different Reluxe Boutique shipping locations, with no increase in shipping charges.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/SELLERS
DESTINATION CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY
As the customer, you are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and other applicable fees imposed by the destination country. Please be aware of regulations prohibiting the importation of certain items.
DESTINATION CUSTOMS IN THE UNITED STATES
When shipping previously owned luxury items to Reluxe Boutique for consignment or buyouts, items are subject to inspection and possible fees/taxes. Declare items as used handbags or accessories, and note that U.S. Customs duties and taxes are based on the declared value.
Reluxe Boutique shares 50% of applicable U.S. Customs duties and taxes with the customer, providing a scanned receipt of the completed tax payment.
INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY INFORMATION
All prices and amounts due are in US Dollars. Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. International returns are made in US Dollars, subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing. No adjustments for currency exchange are made on returns.
