RETURN POLICY
**Special Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased from 11/20/2023 through 12/31/2023 are eligible for return until 1/15/2024.
At Reluxe Boutique, we happily accept eligible returns within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date. Please review our complete return policy details below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Item(s) must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date. Failure to meet this requirement renders the item ineligible for a refund, but it may be considered for our Refresh Program (if eligible).
- If you’re purchasing online and opting for in-store pickup, you have 15 days from the pick-up date to return your order.
- Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & Reluxe Boutique tag must be attached for a full refund.
- Items must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.). Proper packing and protection are essential for the return to be eligible for a refund.
- Reluxe Boutique is not accountable for any new damage or wear post-purchase. As all items are pre-owned, we cannot honor brand-specific warranties since we are not part of the manufacturing process. While our team thoroughly checks for signs of wear or damage, we cannot predict the impact of future use on an item.
REFUNDS
- Reluxe Boutique generally processes refunds within 2-4 business days of receipt, depending on your chosen refund method (original payment or Reluxe Boutique store credit gift card). Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Hermes Birkins and Kellys may take an average of 10 days to process once received.
- Refunds for Fine Jewelry, Watches, Hermes Birkins, and Hermes Kellys returned within our Flagships and Selling Studios are processed after the items are received back at our headquarters for inspection and acceptance.
- If your banking information changes between purchase and return, it is your responsibility to notify your previous institution. For bank gift cards, do not discard the card until you are certain the item won’t be returned.
- If a Reluxe Boutique gift card was used for a refunded purchase, a new Reluxe Boutique gift card will be issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, before or after purchase.
- Refunds do not include original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes.
- For international orders, returns are made in US Dollars, with the amount matching the US Dollar paid at the time of the order. We cannot provide currency exchange estimates due to fluctuating rates.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers who have purchased items online or at one of our Flagship locations have three options for returns:
- Use a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by Reluxe Boutique ($14.99).
- Use your shipping method (at your cost).
- Return at the nearest Flagship/Selling Studio (Free).
We provide pre-paid and insured UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date, with a $14.99 fee deducted from the return amount. Access the UPS Ground label when initiating a return from your account purchase history if eligible.
To obtain your shipping label, log in to your Reluxe Boutique account, click on the “My Purchases” tab, find the order to return, click “Return Item,” complete required information, and click “Submit.” A new window will open with instructions, and under “RETURN WITH A RELUXE BOUTIQUE PRE-PAID LABEL ($14.99 FEE),” you’ll find a link to download the label (PDF). Click the link and print your pre-paid shipping label. If a return option is unavailable, you’ve exceeded the return window.
If using your return shipping method, ship items with adequate insurance, include a signature requirement, and obtain a drop-off receipt. We discourage using the United States Postal Service.
International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds exclude original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes.
For in-person returns, items may be taken to select Reluxe Boutique and Neiman Marcus locations. Ship return items to:

**Reluxe Boutique cannot provide return UPS shipping labels to customers of Alaska or Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Customers in these areas are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
RELUXE BOUTIQUE RESERVE LUXURY LAYAWAY PURCHASE
As agreed when initiating any Reluxe Boutique Reserve order, there is a 10% Reserve cancellation fee for all Reserve cancellations and returns, whether prior to shipping or after purchase. All other return policies apply to Reserve returns.
RETURN FEES
- Customers requesting a pre-paid UPS shipping label will have a $14.99 fee deducted from their return amount.
- For customers purchasing 10 items or more within a 6-month period and maintaining a 70% or greater return rate, an automatic 10% restocking fee applies, calculated as 10% of the sales price of the returned item. Items purchased on Reluxe Boutique Reserve also incur a 10% Reserve fee.
